I'm so aggravated that the housing connect site for the M-L waiting list never seems to load for me.

We were just notified that there is a 2 bedroom available for us at Crown Gardens in Crown Heights. We are getting all of our paperwork together for that and we have to have it together by the 28th. I wish they would let us into the unit to view it before we have it all together to know if it's what we want to do or not. We like the area. We are jewish so it's a good location for us. Anyone been in those units?

We were called for 1199 in East Harlem but we hated the apartment and realized the neighborhood wasn't for us.

We are on the waiting list for Northside Gardens in Williamsburg and Goddard Riverside in Manhattan. Those lists are longer because of the locations.

My husband is a veteran so we have a shorter wait time than other people. At least he gets some benefits from all those years of service.

Okay, I got on this morning. Can someone explain how I am number 7 for Northside Hardens 2 bedroom but it says the last approved number was 62??? We have been waiting almost 2 years and I think they told us the wait would be around 7 or 8 years.

Does anyone knows why the York Hill list isn't moving? I would've thought by this time they should be staring on the 2016 list.

thanks for the update. I wonder when they will start calling people from the new list. Someone mentioned there were a bunch of empty apartments, so I'm surprise the waiting list is not advancing.

Yay, could not put my name in for last year's lottery since singles were not eligible for any of the units, but am definitely putting my name in for this one. Would be hilarious if I hit for this one as my sister and bro-in-law (who makes a Wall St. salary) are in the process of buying a place literally right on the other side of the block from there for over 100x what this apartment costs!
