I was just told that they are completely out of 1 bedrooms, and so they offered to process me for a studio. A little background, I've been waiting 5 weeks and just heard back on my appeal.

Arent they suppose to "hold" your unit while your appeal is under review?

you gotta go to where it says direct link...
copy the entire URL
then you come back here, to this thread, hit reply, you see a yellow & green envelope icon it says insert image
make sure you clear that http sh** then paste the URL from the uploaded pic
keep repeating that until you're done
then hit submit reply and they all should pop up
