Hey guys I recently got interviewed with Breaking Grounds. They gave me 5 business days to submit verification letters. I submitted everything on business day 4. Can any one tell me How long does it take usually to get to the next step? The lady said its usually 60 days for the process because they go by log number. At this point I don't even know if my application was accepted. After reading all threads i am worried about the process. I live in Queens I'm not sure if they are still accepting according to CB. Good luck to those that applied and congrats to those who got the apartments.
I'm waiting for phase 2 to close but don't like /understand how /why it still has preference categories as if they didn't have it all the first go around
I have been approved for a 2 bedroom as well- and to kill speculations of the 'poor door' mentioned previously...that is a LIE. I am scheduled to move in with my kids this Month, super blessed and grateful for this opportunity! Good luck to all that applied!
