Greetings, everyone. A question related to low-income housing applications. After being on a waiting list, I will be receiving a request for additional information regarding my assets and income. I don't want to fill out the application incorrectly. Can anyone advise of an organization that helps people fill out the applications one-on-one, either over the phone or in NYC? Thank you for any information.

I haven't heard anything from this building yet.. It's the same management company as 461 dean though, so I am wondering if you have already interviewed for Dean and are kinda far along, would they even bother considering your application for this building?

No interview with Dean as of yet, I don't have a CB but got a really low number in the 4xxx, so it made me feel a lil bummed and hoping I do get contacted. & imagine lol "well this applicant got approved by dean so let's hop right over dem"

I am curious when people are going to start hearing from this development because the lottery officially closed a while ago. I had a better log # than dean and also CB preference (i think?). I am still hoping and wishing for Dean. I wish you all the best of luck with this building, it looks amazing.
