I also got an e-mail, I have a crappy log but old CB preference (like 461 dean, I moved after I applied). Honestly, I'd much rather hear back from 461 Dean!

Hey Guys!!
My log number for Carlton is high 2XXX and have Cb2 pref ... Got an email for an interview today but soo nervous!!
My application says i make more than I do but I still qualify for 4 units in Carlton... Has anyone heard of a situation like this??? Help!

It doesn't really matter what's on your application, except that I'm surprised that they called you in with a too-high income. Gather the documents that they want, make good copies, and hope for the best! Good luck!

For those who got emails to go for interviews, in regards to documents, what exactly do they want? My log is 1xx with no CB so I want to prepare ahead of time.

Can someone please tell me what the subject line reads when you received the interview scheduling request in your e-mail? I want to make sure I don't miss it, or that if it gets sent to my Spam folder, I can catch it.

This is what was requested of me (albeit on a different lottery from Hunters Point)

Employed Qualification Requirements Checklist

· Identification- A valid photo ID and copy for each household member. Acceptable forms of ID include:
· Drivers license from any state or country
· Passport from any country

· Letter from employer or employment verification form on company letterhead with current gross salary.

· Four most recent, consecutive pay stubs AND your first paystub of the year for 2015.

· If applicable any additional income documentation
· (Pension, Social Security Benefits, Supplemental Security Income, Public Assistance, Gift Income, and Child Support/ Alimony)

· Full 2014 Federal and NY State tax returns including all W-2 (s), 1099(s), 1040(s) and all applicable schedules.

· Bank Statements
· 1 month Savings
· 6 months Checking
· 1 from any IRA/Retirement account


Self-Employed Requirements Checklist

· Projection of current year’s NET earnings
