They also sent out the first round of interview/intake appointments for this building. I responded over a week ago to schedule an interview for early November, but I never got a response back.
I got an email and accidentally deleted it, & now I can't seem to find it in my trash bin. Can anyone please send me there email or number ? I don't want to miss out on this opportunity.

What was the interview like- did they ask any questions or did you just hand in your documents?

No questions other than about the paperwork. They have a checklist and you hand them each item. They have you sign a couple consent forms for employment check and background/credit check.
They give you a confirmation checklist at the end that you sign, with a time and date stamp for your appointment. It's pretty quick assuming you have all of your documents in order.
Also had my interview on Wed. It is basically just a checklist where they go through and make sure you have all of the required paperwork. I wasn't asked any questions. If you are missing one piece of paperwork, they won't accept any of your paperwork. You have to come back and drop everything off completed.
Note: For self-employed people: be sure to bring a document with your projected income for 2016. They didn't specify this in the email they sent, but they do apparently require it. I placed my projected income for 2016 on the same document as my statement of self-employment and then had that document notarized, which she seemed to be acceptable.
I asked her what the timeline for everything was after the interview was complete. She said anywhere from 2-10 months, which I think is just a standard thing they are trained to say. With a building that's all affordable housing like 535 Carlton, I would imagine they want to move everything forward as quickly as possible b/c otherwise it will sit empty with not rent coming in. That being said, I'm on another lottery and I've been waiting since March with no sign of when I'll find out, so 2-10 months is very possible. Yay.
Also did you guys read the article about the mayor changing the affordable housing rules? Now developers can't be able to deny you solely on your credit score, this a good thing because many has been rejected because of credit score despite the fact they meet the brackets.
I'm an early morning person😊 Some how I missed that article and just read it, thank you, now I feel much better. My # for Carlton is 5,xxx and I got emailed to interview, I made sure I had every document they requested plus extra. So now I'm sitting back waiting and I hope that since I am in the CB and a city employee I get accepted, keeping my fingers cross.
