So far my experience has been that numbers will appear the same week as "lottery pending", there was only one instance where it took a few days longer. The Dean St. one from the same developer appeared in a couple of days after lottery pending.
I went to the information session for 535 Carlton on September 13. The lady who runs the management office who will be conducting interviews (same management company doing Dean St.) said it takes 3-4 weeks after the lottery closes for log#'s to post. The lottery closed on 9/15. With that said, it should be another week more or less (hopefully sooner) before the numbers post. Hope that helps.
