You guys have been keeping me posted as well. I've been watching but never posted! I went on interview in October as well and have CB preference as well as Municipal employee preference. I got a call yesterday that I was approved as well and was assigned an apt that I will view next week. Congratulations to all who have gotten approved and good luck to those still waiting! This process is long but I guess it's all about waiting. Thanks to all who put up their experiences and information!
I've been following this thread for quite some time and ya'll had me stressed out just reading how anxious you all were (lol) so CONGRATS!!! I'm smiling seeing all of the approvals happening. All of the stressing is worth it in the end. Post pics when you see your place if possible, please! I'd love to see the layout

I am so excited for your guys that are getting approved. I called today to ask my status and was told that they received everything from me. She said for me to call next week Thursday. The supervisor needs to review my file. They will also pull my credit. Since I just went for the interview this past January Im assuming that I have a long way to go. My only concern with that is that I have a lot of debt due to the student loans and this I did not know affected my credit. I was called and went thru this process for the Soundview apartments and when they did the credit check was not approved because my debt to income credit was too high. Now I am making twice as much than before so I am hoping that this will help. So at this point its just a waiting game for me if I get it, Amen and if I don't well maybe next time. But if they do approve me I hope there are still apartments in my bracket cause there aren't that many for the $1683 3 bedroom apartments..... But again I am very happy for all of you that got approved and definitely take pictures.
