HPD takes anytime from few days to two-three weeks, it all depends.

My application is with the Leasing Specialist and I am just waiting now... You have a CB preference, my log is 6** no preference, so definitely after you
Hope they call you soon! I'm going to go sign papers tomorrow. I ain't wasting time!! Lol

I really like the one on 38th but the waiting has been insane. I'll say yes to whatever comes first.

Haha of course! Ask them about the next steps and how long it will take please, what to expect etc..

Btw.. What is it that you like about the other building on the 38th more? I really love this one! The Eugene, the only one I was ever invited to and I've been dreaming about it since

Ok, so I just signed all papers. Apparently there's one dude at HPD that takes care of all applications from breaking ground and he is usually fast. His name is Edwin. My leasing specialist told me he expects an answer before next week is over. He said, once approved by HPD, they'll call me to see the unit ASAP (even same day if possible). Then sign the lease. I'm a little bit in disbelief to be honest. I won't get excited until I sign that lease lol

About 38th st, I guess what I like is that is a smaller building, feels more cozy to me for some reason. I actually went to an open house to see the apts and they are exquisite too. But hey both buildings are amazing!
