Would you be able to tell us for how many years these units are rent control?

I'm about to schedule an interview. Log 4***. I meet income requirements but own property. Is this automatic disqualification?

BklynDee - How long after your interview did you get the email that your file was going to compliance?

I have my interview tomorrow and though I'm not assuming anything at all I'm just curious what the process might (fingers crossed) be if it goes well.

It's so silly but I'm a nervous wreck for this meeting even though I have everything in order.

Hope all goes well for you with BG compliance. Good luck!

Hello. I was sent a paper to request an interview before Sept 15th. I've called, but no luck, and emailed, and still didn't get anything back. What should I do?

I believe your email(s) will eventually get answered, and the dates on the emails should serve as proof that you contacted them in the time frame they requested. That would be your proof in an appeal should they reject you for not contacting them. Just sit tight, and fill your life with other things so that you don't go crazy over this. If you're leaving phone messages, keep a log of whom you called if you know (there's usually a name on letter), and the date and time that you left a message or tried to leave a message. You can't do much else. These steps should cover you.
