Yes!!! Sign off means the last step for certificate of occupancy. Looks like you all will be getting a call a week after that is issued.

It's probably been a while since the approval. My friend got called this morning as well to send in updated documents.

Do you think it's the city who wants it or management. Like I've been approved by the city already are they going to go over it again. And then asking for documents again is letting me know we are almost at the end of the road.

I think they just want updated documents just for management office just to have everything updated and in line for lease signing

The call was like "you're still approved and the updated info is to keep for your records. still waiting for the lease signing."
