I did a search on this building and 41 blue slip came up - and boy is that building beautiful. Market rate, but beautiful!

Some of the units on 5 blue slip may have views to Manhattan! I don't qualify, but good luck guys!

I would def call him. Check in - ask him if he at least knows if you will have a chance to view.
