I just received a letter as well. My log# is below 75, not sure what that means and if a lower log number is of any benefit to me. Any insights?

Low log numbers matter once you are selected. They go in order of log numbers once the pref groups are completed so you have a good shot

Hello everyone I have been trying to find a thread to help me understand how long did it take for your all to get HDC approval once your file has been sent ? I was approved by Mhany for another development and just curious on the wait time frame.

We saw some apartments there today, now we're just crossing our fingers that all goes well after they send the paperwork up to HDC (I believe that's the next step). The building itself still feels very incomplete, but the apartments are done well and feel spacious. The two band 4 and one band 5 apartments we saw were ~650 square feet. So close yet so far !!! Has anyone gotten this far and been turned down?

Yes, with the same management company (MHANY?) in the same area for 461 Dean. Intake interview, credit / employment check, apartment viewing, info supposedly sent to HDC (i'm suspicious if it ever was though), and then. BOOM. the dreaded waitlist letter basically saying don't hold your breath. It was the same for Dean and Carlton although I never got to view an apartment in Carlton.
