I was approved two days ago and I signed a two year lease.
I am on the fourth floor. I think the apartment is huge and I love the fact that they have fios and optimum installed into each apartment. You just have to have them turned on! I am really excited and everyone please stick with this process, it worth the wait!

congrats, how long did you waited and what was your log #, I am also waiting, I have CB and my log # is on the 16*** I just want to have an idea if I will get a call, been waiting for almost 3 months since my docs were send for approval.Also, what size apt did you get?

I just called them and they said that my file was approved bye hdc and then they sent my file to hpd for the final approval? But i thought hdc and hpd was the same thing

I'm still waiting as well. My interview was in April and I have CB preference, log number 26*** (pretty high). Has anyone viewed a one bedroom there?
