Looks like a nice apartment and if it's an older building that was remodeled it probably has solid construction unlike the newer buildings going up where you can hear your neighbors farts (and probably smell them too since they make all new buildings smoke-free they don't really care much about insulation). The floors are very nice! *working on my jealousy issues here lol*
