Ok so once your file is submitted to hpd you need to be approved and moved in within 120 days or you will need to resubmit your information. My file was sent in September however the building did not get the TCO till February, that's over 120 days so I had to resubmit. If everything is the same then you have nothing to worry about

He didn't seem positive about the March 1st move in time frame lol. Regarding the additional documents i was approved mid November and was just asked for my last 6 paystubs again.

The unit you seen how many bedrooms was it and was it a good size? I know a lot of people say that lottery apartments are usually small.

I think it's safe to say everyone should be moved in by the end of March.
