Personally, I have gotten contacted for log numbers under 4,500. One project I got contacted with a log number of 27,0xx.

I *never* had CB preference of any kind. The only preference that I have is that I am a resident of NYC.
My community board doesn't have new construction, I don't work for the city, nor am I disabled.

My log numbers for the developments that I was called for are:

Hunters Point South Living - 2,xxx
Steinway Estates - 27,xxx
KB25 - 2xx
Stuyvesant Houses - 10,7xx

No CB preference for any of them.

Good to know! Also a resident of NYC, but no other preferences. Guess I'll just try to put this out of my mind for a while and hope I get contacted in a year or two!
