They need to schedule a construction inspection with DOB in order to get temp construction sign off.
They need to get a temporary construction sign-off before they can apply for first time TCO.

No telling on when they will do that. Obviously weather is a big factor into whether they are able to keep on schedule. Material deliveries also, etc.

It's good that other inspections are happening though.

Please just wait like the rest of us. No offense but there are dozens of threads that can give you a general timeline. And you've JUST had your interview. Chill

We started this process back in October, but I think it might’ve faster for you since they have things in order now. Just be ready to wait and to send a lot a lot of documents. But it’s worth it at the end stay positive.

Hey guys I have been reading this thread all day I also have been Approved for La Casa Del Mundo. I was approved on the 26th and still haven’t seen the apartment last week I called and ask if I can view it and they told me the building was not available because of inspections that are going on and it’s the same thing for this weekend. I’m really excited and just Want to see how the apartment looks I’m trying to be very patient, but it’s been a long wait
