Good morning!! I am also waiting to be sent to the city, hopefully we will get answers soon,
They ask for all the paperwork just to make sure everytbing is good to go and the city wont reject you. Once they send the paperwork its pretty much just to wait to sign your lease and get your keys. The office has been great in answering questions and advising status updates.
Also, the building doesn’t have their Certificate of occupancy yet and expected completion is end of February now. Patience will be key and I know it’s stressful.

Where did you hear that the building is going to be done by the end of feb. We've been told end of this month.
Sent all documents asked of me on Friday. Now It's all up to them to deny or forward my file to the city. Was told I'd get an answer this week on their decision. Anxious for their answer but it's about time for some answers
Asked me for updated paystubs an hour ago and I just sent it to them. I hope this is it asking for documents. Just tell me if I've been denied/approved smh

I've been asked to gather more docs but it's doable. They've reached my log number and they want to make sure my file is complete and ready before they send it off to the city. It's just frustrating because I was really banking on a Feb 15 move in date. Oh well at least I've still got a chance I guess
