I'm okay with waiting for a guaranteed low income apartment. What is making me second guess this is because of other factors going on in my life that is proving to have a time constraint.

Sorry to say but I have recruited a broker and just looking to see who will deliver first tbh

You’re lucky to be given the choice, I wonder how big these apartments will be and when will they let us go see them.

Hi Linda, you are not alone. I've been stressing since I was told it had been sent to the city. The sad thing is, even if we all were told the correct process, as for me I'd still stress like now. I was told how the city has worked from one person who works with a lot of clients for housing. A few of the clients have gone through this process having won the lottery through housing connect. What I've been told is not to worry. It takes a lot for the city not to approve someone after management/builders have done their diligent work of verifying our information and gathering the documents to help answer any question the city may bring up. But, I still WORRY. Keeping us all in prayer.

Reason: Correction
Hey guys, sorry for the lack of response on my part. Work has been especially stressful lately. They asked for documents over a week ago that I have yet to been able to conjure up. I guess I'm still in the running since they haven't sent me a denial email. Tbh, I've still been working with my broker and might be seeing a unit soon. I've been to check on the building a few days ago and the lobby doors have still not been touched.
