Yes you can, I ask them before my file was send to the city what was the next step he said once it’s approved they will schedule viewing but will only be able to move in once the certificate of occupancy is awarded.

They called me to tell me they are looking to schedule the apt viewing, hopefully for this week. They are probably waiting for the lobby to be finished I guess, they didn't say.
