Congratulations, until I have my keys I won’t believe it lol, I have read so many stories of people being shown units and then they dont get it but I know everyone here will.
The building definitely needs some work to be done but there's gonna be a community room and laundry room. I was told That's going to be last to be finished. I was shown a 1 bedroom but thought it was small. Not sure how I'm going to arrange furniture
Ohhh okay i am hoping that they call me this up coming week because i had to notarize a letter and the lady at cmp told me the city asked for it and i sent it a few minutes later. i asked her is that going to delay anything she said nope they are already reviewing your file and thats all they need. and in 1 or 2 days they will ask you to come in. but i literally havent been able to sleep lmaoo
