Are u serious!! How many ppl is in ur applications if u don't mind me asking? But they should of ask u for the tax return the day of ur first interview
Just 2. Me and my boyfriend but because of my financial situation changing mid process and banking issues, it really bulked up our file
Hey guys I’m also currently in the process and went to see a 2 bdrm Saturday , They told me they can ask for documents all the way to lease signing date . They have to make sure the docs are not older then 120 days .. it’s ridiculous the amount of information they request and how long it takes
I believe it's 180 days. If it was 120 days they would have asked me to update all docs already
Uh, looks like I'm in for a headache very soon then. Thank god I have this week off
Forget it just got off the phone with them and was told that since I've been updating my documents throughout the process it doesn't apply to me. I guess that's only for people that had their initial interview but heard no word from them for months
Oh okay then hopefully they won’t ask me for more I gave them updated stubs and bank statement the end of January. Just hoping to get this approval by the city and for them to get the Certificate of occupancy ASAP !

That's all I'm waiting for. Mostly for them to get the Certificate of occupancy but no one ever knows when that can happen
