Didn’t get a call either I’m going to give them until Friday and if not I’ll call them to find out . I don’t think it’s lcdm the whole process with these programs is dreadful I went through the process with another development last yr and didn’t get it because my income changes I get raises every 3 months and they gotta take that into consideration by the time they were approving I had gone over the income bracket .
It's frustrating when they say 3-5 business days and almost 2 weeks later still no news or they say they will return your call and don't call back or email. It's ridiculous.
here either i called them they said give it 1 or 2 days. they always say that lol when i spoke to them on friday they said the city was already reviewing my file i dont get it.
[quote=Hopeful01;51090073]Honestly the approval process isn't what you have to worry about. Its the building getting the certificate of occupancy. That's the real wait game.[/QUOTE
I been waiting YEARS for a apartment. I just want to know if that apartment is mine or not.. I could wait months for the certificate of occupancy
I got the approval call this morning. Now the wait begins.
