The majority of the time it has always been Orlando, even when I was shown the apt., but for the approval it was Maritza.

Oh ok, he just told me they have been overwhelmed with the amount of applications and all of those notified were sent to the city, we should hear soon and that he will call as soon as they get approval SMH...the wait continues

So earlier I went ahead and called HDC (where the files get sent) and asked if they do the process of verification all over again. I was told no that they just check over what the management company sent just to "double check". It's going on 2 weeks for my file .....

Happy Friday! I called hdc as well this week lol, she said cmp’s big issue is the certificate. Hopefully phone calls come in soon!!
