@NYCsinger, I had a brief conversation with my loan officer the other day and he doesn't think closings will happen until July or August.

Question for everyone that has purchased. I have my interview tomorrow for the coop. I'm wondering if the final purchase was the asking selling price for the coop or was it less or more?

The beginning and Final Purchase price was the same. They are pretty set with prices and you can be assured it will be what the offering price was. No more...No Less... Good Luck with your purchase....

Your living room looks comfortable.....congratulations!
Get some nice artwork to hang on the walls, and people's mouth will drop when they see ur place.
Because your place has nice natural earth colors that u should utilize.
