It was good at first and site 5 was completely fine. No idea why this one is so drawn out. Maybe because it's on Delancey where everyone can see instead of Clinton and Grand St? But site 6 is on Clinton and Delancey!

Still waiting, I haven't heard anything.

I wish there were some floor plans up!


I inquired about my (waitlist) status and learned that they are still waiting for the building to open.

The person who works there said building open in mid dec. we should be getting calls from c&c in Jan 2019. Wish ya good luck

More papers. Had to explain that I wasn't going to sign a *blank* asset certification form attesting that all its contents were accurate and complete! Geez.

Now I think they're verifying everything; who knows how long that will take.

And, of course, you don't even know whether there's an apartment for you or whether they're just vetting you for the waitlist...

Good times. But those apartments look good. Zero character, of course, but you expect that.
