Yes just found out I got approved from the city since Jan.28th so now just waiting for the occupancy certificate so hopefully by nxt week we will hear something but she did said I will receive a email when they receive the certificate

Vecina can you please check the DOB NYC website, in the certificate of occupancy section it seem they posted something but from my phone I can't see ughhh.. please let me know vecina I saw 2 links, and before they had one link which was the old certificate.
Ok so I asked someone to check for me and yesss, we got a temporary certificate of occupancy yesterday 2/27/19. Omg hopefully they'll call us by next week for move in!!!! I've read in other threads, that even with the temporary certificate of occupancy applicants can still move in!! I'm praying we get called no later than next week!!
