I was on the 90% AMI bracket and they only had 1 one-bedroom, 1 studio, and 1 two-bedroom, so basically someone with an lower log number was approved for the one bedroom and I the studio . That is why I am eager to the see the floor plans to see if I can work with the space and if my current furnitures fit.

waaaahhhh :-( you did say that now that i remember but make sure you apply to be on the waiting list for a 1 bedroom. on the bright side Furniture shopping is always fun!
so i emailed Karina and Lisa responded ... is that what usually happens? all she said was " we are reviewing your file"
Nooo but you had to ask about the certificate, because since your interview was late maybe they can move in the earlier applicants while your file gets approved.
And yeah I told her about the waiting list, pero nobody wants to spend extra $$ on furniture when my furniture are still new (like 2 years old)
Yes the building looked cleaned up just a little boards piled up
The 1st floor still looks like it needs alot of work (the retail area). Like the ceilings are not even done, neither the floor/tiles etc. Theres wires hanging. Ugh, it just seems it'll take more time to complete. But, on the other entrance it looks done.
The building receive TCOs for a month and I heard the that floor is for bike storage and stuff like that the apartments is finish and ready to be viewed and yes I live around the area not too far
