No pets allowed? What about emotional support cat?
I don’t recall seeing any mention of emotional support pets, so I couldn’t tell you. It’s possible they would make an exception for it provided you’ve been diagnosed with emotional issues and have maybe a doctor’s note to support your claim. Don’t take my word for it though. It’s always best to iron out details like these with the leasing coordinator
I think so , cause when I pass by at night I can see shadow of furniture on one window . It’s a short window for me to notice much more . But I think there are people living there already

The people that had to summit paperwork and did have ya heard back ? I’m wondering how long is the wait for the agency review. Super anxious can’t wait to view and sign the lease.
I went to see my apt today and from the looks of it there’s still a lot of construction going on, not just outside of the building but the apts themselves. I didn’t see anyone working outside for some reason for what its worth. The apts in need of work were labeled w blue tape. And I gotta say, I saw a lot of them
Also, I highly doubt there’s anyone living there. The security guard told me they just started calling people in to view apts last week. He told me on average, he was getting 3-4 people visiting each day for an apt viewing. The apts in general seem pretty small. Nothing to write home about, but at the same time, nothing to complain about, especially if you luck out with a view by the river
