Yes, I believe Taray said that people who were interested in the apartment had to pay the $300, or else they would be skipped over. Am I remembering that correctly?
I thought that 8E, which is the "larger" of the one-bedroom layouts, didn't look that spacious. I am curious to see the other one.
I believe Taray said you don't have to leave it at the tour, but if your # comes up you have to give it to her at that time, most people opt to leave during viewing. Either way the waitlist is up to #50, wasn't huge but I thought it was a decent size and a big balcony.
I'm sure seeing the apartment after it's been emptied and painted, etc., would have been a different experience. Yes, the balcony had a nice open view.

From looking at the floor plans which show measurements. The relative size difference in one-bedrooms does seem ~10 Sq ft. The balcony sizes are larger and smaller, also. This excludes the “Simplex”. And, I am not 100% confident in the floor plans.
All bedrooms ~same size 14’ 6” x 10’ 10”, for one-bedrooms, not including “Simplex.”
