Do you have Community Board preference? If not, they may still be working through CB preference. Also a chance that if you are in a lower AMI bracket that it got filled with CB preference people, although unlikely.
No we do not have CB preference, sadly. But we are at the higher end of the AMI bracket. I wonder if they just forgot about us =( it's almost a year now. I know ppl usually get contacted within 6-7 months.

I received the same email as Sha3131 and they wrote: There are no more 40%ami units, 50%ami units and 100%ami units.
