I guess its possible that the 1br with balcony and 2br lists have slowed down and maybe thats why you don't see a change. Anybody on the 1bd no preference see any change to their list number?
There are a total of 1371 1-Bedroom apartments in Penn South, 618 with a balcony, and 753 without a balcony.
Over the past year, turnover rates are as follows:
A total of 18 1-Bedroom apartments with a balcony became available in 2016.
A total of 52 1-Bedroom apartments without a balcony became available in 2016.
These numbers include apartments that are offered to internal and external applicants.
today is 2018..........we have information of 2016. where is 2017????... it doesn't seem to be updated in the system yet. Office gave me incorrect information.....we need to call them again!
If all Mitchell Lamas are the same as mine, your number is NEVER changed/updted from initial application. They just slowly grind away UNTIL they reach your number.
I put mine on hold last summer (2 BR no preference) and it still shows me as active with the same number of people ahead of me as last fall. I do not believe they have updated it.
brooklynmom2 if your application says active then there's a problem. ' on hold and it clearly says Applicant status:On Hold.

OK thanks MrsPeel--will do that. I thought it was just because they haven't updated since then (which they haven't). Thanks!
