Thank you so much Travx. I am number 15 on the list. Even though I may not get this apartment. I'm hoping something will come up near future and I want to be ready when it happens. Another question I would like someone to answer is if we happen to sell the coop down the line can we sell it to a family member or do we have to sell it back to them?

you cannot sell it to a family member, you'd sell it back.

Question about PENN SOUTH. I know 2 people cannot take a 2 bedroom apartment, they can only take 1 bedroom. Is a one bedroom apartment big enough for 2 people. Is the living room so big that you can place a bed in it and still have room for living room furniture?

Yes, it's big enough. I would go for a futon though, which is how I have it set up (roommate has the bedroom and I take the living room). Make sure you have an appropriate floorplan so you don't need to go through the living room to access the kitchen or bathroom though.

Snoopy22, good luck. Are you on the one bedroom with balcony list, or one bedroom no preference?

One bedroom with balcony. The total cost is around $112,869.08 including all the fees. It has gonna up a lot since 2014. When you go see the apartments they give u a break down on how much you would have to pay including all the fees. Plus the carrying charges for each month. And that's the paper they give you to check off if you want that co-op or not.
