For those of you who received letter to view a 2 bedrooms, would you mind sharing your position at the waiting list. I want to know which position is getting letters now to get an idea how far I am actually. Thanks!
I have community board preference as well and live in the same complex where 1530 Story Avenue was built. My log # however is in the 20K so I doubt they will give me a call.
Good luck to all! The rents in the buildings around 1530, which will be managed by Nelson Mgmt Group continue to steadily rise. When I moved in, a renovated 1 Bdrm apartment was going for $1475. 3 years later, a 1 Bdrm is now $1800.

Something like your position on the letter and your computer number. I would like to see which computer number is being call now based on the current updated list which is back in nov 1
