Hey everyone! I just got approved for a two bedroom. I am waiting for a call to go sign the lease. My unit needs a window fixed and once that’s done, I can sign. This thread has been super helpful. Just wanted to say thanks.

Hi! I've been living here since March. Everything is super spacious, at least in my unit (1BR). The bedroom can fit a king bed, dresser, bookcase and still have space. The living room is very large. Been working from home and I have room for large couch, two desks and the tv console. There is just no dining room and the layout is a little weird (it's open concept) so I don't have a dining table.

Hey all.

I was contacted for initial documents via email on 11/6/2020
I sent them in on 11/13/2020
I was contacted to view a unit on 11/20/2020 and saw the actual unit on 11/23/2020.
Right after seeing the unit, they requested more documents.. I sent in all of them on 11/25/2020.

My log number is 19x and it’s a mobility set aside unit.

Can anyone update me on what I should look forward to next??

Looking to move into Bronx Commons? I’m moving out at the end of September from a huge 2 bedroom. I would contact the building manager if interested

How much is the rent? And wouldn't they just go down the list of whoever is still on the waiting list?
