The last time I looked, which was about three months ago, there were about 150 people on the one-bedroom list. I doubt the list would be exhausted by June, but you never know! Lists at the end tend to move faster.

also worth mentioning there's the internal waitlist for residents that want to upsize or downsize their apartments. They get first calls before external people.
Thank you. Also wondering if the log numbers that have been drawn for the 2023 lottery represents a persons queue on a combined studio/one bedroom list or if the lists have already been separated. Hopefully I’m making sense lol.

( I did not get a log# for 2023. )
I presume any communication a person has received would indicate if they were drawn for the studio lottery (1 to 400) or for the one bedroom lottery (1 to 600). (And no communication if they were drawn for neither.) If a 2023 log# is higher than 400 it is by definition a 1 bed log #. See details below.
I can’t see how or why they would use a combination list of both lotteries because the lottery notice says a household can enter both lotteries but if they are drawn for both the studio, and for the 1 bed also they will be required to withdraw from one of the lotteries.
‘ • ONE REQUEST ONLY PER APPLICANT. Applicants can only be on one waiting list at a development. If applicants have the right family composition, they can apply to more than one lottery. However, if they are selected for more than one lottery they must choose which waiting list they prefer.
• An applicant can only submit a paper entry or an on-line.
There will be a limit of 400 applicants drawn for the Studio waitlist and 600 applicants will be drawn for the One-Bedroom waitlist. Only applicants that are drawn will be notified.’
Because I know you care: we moved two spots and are at number 11 now (2-bed list). Seems impossible that we'll get to spot #1 by the end of 2024 but I'm keeping hope alive!
Well, it is progress! I assume you haven't heard back about the batch you saw recently? I think they will let you know if the apartments have been spoken for.

I haven't heard back on the three apartments I saw but I assume they went to others. I can't recall if I tend to hear back eventually about apartments that I'm not offered. Possibly in time I'll get a letter.

Oh I care! And I bet many others do, especially those of us on the '19 2BR list.
