It was hard to choose but I went with a three and half room Apt A.
Thanks for the info! Congrats to you.

What number were you?

if you look the person's history, they were on the 2003 list and had their application on hold for awhile and the re-activated.

For us curious waitlisters can you tell us what the 19 apartments were like? Was there a great variance in floor numbers? Were some higher up, lower down, etc.? Are the buildings clean? Grounds well-kept? Are some apartments with newer finishings (due to people who upgraded while living there)? Were some of them in original state (in my ML my brother's apartment is in original state! It's cool), etc.

We want to know everything lol
I replied but don’t see it. All the apartments were cleaned up and in good shape. Differences were in layout and size. I chose a 3 1/2 in layout A. I looked at many floors in at least 4 buildings. Some bathrooms were updated and nice and white and blue. Some kitchens had floor coverings. I’m not in yet, waiting on mortgage but will update again!

Holian, email applicant@pennsouth.coop to change your current address, you will have to provide them with your lottery number as well.

For a 1-bedroom, I jumped 9 spots on the active list, and 5 spots on the list with applicants who are on hold. Ultimately I assume they cleared 5 spots off the list, and put 4 more applicants on hold. Hopefully the will pace pick up in the coming months.

Thank you Lottohopeful. I previously sent my address change request to support@pennsouth.coop. This time I followed your advice and just resent my request to applicant@pennsouth.coop. Hope this time works. Thank you again.

Yes, I see now. I’m not great with this format! Big thanks to all of you. Waiting on mortgage approval now.

I moved up 5 spots. including this, I have had 2 changes just this month. So I don't think it is quarterly update no more. What do you guys think?
