They just did a lottery less than a year ago. Did noone take those apartments?

It was a bit over two years ago, but yeah, still pretty soon to reopen the lists.

Hi. I'm new to Mitchell-Lama. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to apply online. When I get to the Housing List, it takes me to a PDF, gives me the option of mailing in or applying online, and when I try applying online it just takes me back to the Housing List with no "Apply Now" button next to any of the developments. Please help. I'm sorry I'm a little slow on figuring things out sometimes.

Luna Park is a co-op so a purchase is involved that might have tripped up some applicants. Luna Park is 1573 units total, which enables turnover.

The 2020 lottery capped log#s at 50/100/250/150 for Studio/1 bed/2 bed/3 bed unit. With those limits set lotteries might need to occur more often.

Also, there were some scandals in the past associated with people getting in here. Perhaps, some people were “encouraged” to leave, just speculation.

The lists on Mitchell Lama are not open yet, so that is what you are not seeing a apply now button.
