Paperwork submitted so now I wait. I went to the building and people have moved in but it’s far from full. I saw so many unoccupied units.

My log number for 1134 Fulton is in the low 2xxx with no board preferences, going for 80 AMI bracket. I've been watching this one as it's more or less the best log number I've gotten so far, and there are ~32 units I qualify for. What does anyone think the chances are they make it through the CB preference and back up to my number?

Yes I live 4 blocks away so I pass it almost daily, I'm going for the 80% bracket as well but for a 3br even though it's only 2 i'm hopeful lol

Hmm I wonder as well. I actually have a 5xx log number for another development with no preference and am still waiting to be contacted for an "interview". I reached out to them back in January (Log numbers were released oct 2019) and they let me know that they were still dealing with preferences! So I guess it just depends on how many applicants they receive from people in that CB.
Hey everyone. I was asked to submit all paperwork, and I did that last thurs 5/28. Log#12xx this is the second building we (husband and I) get asked to submit paperwork for, but we live in the neighborhood for 1134. The previous one we submitted everything back in Feb and still haven't heard back. Anyone knows how long it usually takes after submission of all paperwork?
Hi! I was called and also live in the neighborhood. does everyone w/ CB preference have CB next to their log numbers?? I read in an old forum that they are supposed to but mine doesn’t read that way. Just wondering if that’s still the case.
