What a joke..why bother picking up the phone if you can't provide any valuable information. I guess we should all just forget about this for a while, maybe then they'll start processing our apps..*side eye*
I called the main number (listed above) and was pushed through to the receptionist. I don't even try to contact the PM because I know they won't answer

I've no idea. I haven't heard anything from Reside in a month. And I haven't had an actual status update about my application, since we submitted paperwork back in May. So your guess is as good as mine. I'll also note that I sent in a complain to HPD last week because I haven't even received a reply from my assigned PM to any of my emails. I'll also add that the person who called me today is not the PM who initially reached out asking for paperwork. So...idk...I'm just happy to be seeing the apt. On the phone she said they had reached my log# and wanted to know if I was still interested.
