Unfortunately, I will have to decline. I just moved into a new building in the same area less than a month ago.
So does this mean they reached the quota for the CB preference ?

Hm, I’m starting to get concerned that I haven’t been asked to submit further documents with a log number in the 2000’s. I’m going to try and reach out.

Hi All. I got emailed on Friday for processing. I have a super low log number, 1XX, and at 80% AMI. No CB. So much has changed since I applied! I was living in NYC until April with my husband and now we're in Jersey with my parents as we are working remotely and wanted to get away from the city. I'll submit information up to April and info from my current situation now. I really hope they are more flexible due to Covid!

My husband is self-employed, no pay stubs, but we do share bank account and file together. Anything else they would ask for?

Thank you all!

It seems like the numbers are allover the place. We've bee packing since Thursday, took yesterday off from work, and continued today. I honestly feel like they have filled the CB quota and have now moved on to general.

Definitely all over the place. It would’ve been cool if they would’ve notified folks lol

Damn this is crazy - have cb with extremely low 4xxx log was really hopeful. Don’t know what to do - my lease ends on the 30th. I’ve tried calling PM and HPD multiple times with no call back or response.

I wonder if living in Jersey will disqualify you. They do ask for a current lease and latest utility bill which will show that you are in Jersey.
