I applied too. Wish it had more units, I only qualify for all sizes in the 80% AMI so I hope I finally get a low log # plus this building has CB preference for Brooklyn CB 1 which I am part. Fingers crossed. Reside NY does suck though.

My experience with Resideny for 420 Kent actually wasn't too bad. My process was relatively quick. Now i'm just waiting to sign me lease.

If you read through the whole 420 Kent thread you'll see what a mess they created with the CB preference groups. You were probably processed in the gen pop group, which by that point I am sure Reside had heard an ear full from HPD.

If your experience was quick your were among the last set of people called trust me we complained for months to get nowhere with this company. I pray my log for this building is single digit by Computer gods.u
