I received email for “further processing” on Oct 1st. My log # is in the 3000s. This is my first experience with this lottery so I’m not sure what this means. I was excited thinking this meant I won and had to submit paperwork to complete the process but reading this forum seems like that is not the case. What is the process like I submit my documents? There will be another lottery? FYI I have no preference.
