I don’t want to annoy them and have that happen to me. But I do want to know what’s going on.
Yep most definitely. I just made a year in this apartment and I’m so blessed. My kids really needed their own space so everybody is happy now. But community board is great to have usually most of the apartments are put to the side for the residents in the community so that better your chances to getting the apartment. The apartment I’m in now I was also a community board resident. Please follow up and continue to follow up. Good luck with everything.

My follow up got my no where. What questions do you usually ask or how do phrase the question/follow up statement in order to get an answer? I feel like they don't want to tell me anything but to just wait to be called. I sent in my documents last month via email cause of covid-19.

Can I ask you a question? , the management office said that My application will be pending for review. They will reach out to me as appropriate. Do you know what that means? Is that a bad thing or good thing?

It’s actually a good thing. Automatic denial is what would worry or upset you. There’s probably less staff so everything is extra slow

It’s a good thing usually when your application goes up for review the management company is sending it off to hpd or hpc.

Thank you all. I sent them an email just trying to follow up. I haven’t anything back but I won’t constantly messaging them. I’m just gonna keep being patient. You all give me positive vibes so I kinda feel good about this one. Imma continue to pray and keep my fingers crossed.
