Can’t really say, I was one of the first ppl to move into this building and my apt is adapted to mobility impairment.

I’ve lived here since Sept 2020. It’s a pretty quiet building in general, but you can here everything going on in other apartments( music, arguments , kids screaming lol) really depends what floor you’re in. The amenities have been closed due to people in the building not complying with the mask mandate. Laundry room still available. The neighborhood is ok, kind of dull but trains and everything you need is nearby. The apartment itself is gorgeous, no complaints there. Hope this helps.
