Low number, no preference. I’m in one of the higher AMIs and this is no longer looking like much of a bargain. I’ve heard nothing but have walked around Roosevelt Island and the building is staffed (and this was in August) and seems to have been finished for awhile. The COVID excuse is simply not valid. All other buildings in NYC, both market and affordable housing, have been conducting interviews (whether in person or remote) and viewings for awhile. This is exasperating because Hudson/Related is just sitting on this property. I think they fail to realize the rents here are not that low, and many people, due to economy, etc., will no longer meet The financial parameters for lease up. Not to mention market rents have dropped, and many concessions are being offered...
