5xxx with CB preference. I only qualify for the 80% AMI so not holding my breath since there's only 21 units

I got 2xxx with no preferences. I'm eligible for the 80% bracket. I never know what a good log number is for these things and I try not to hold my breath, but sometimes I have "stupid hope." Ha.
