if its community board, then no. Just got selected randomly. Actually my sister got selected around the same time (2 months ago). She showed me the email, then a few days later they reached out to me. However, they still haven't gotten back to her and she got selected before me. Just be patient, keep doing the applications and good luck to everyone.
Just an update for anyone still waiting to hear back from this development...
Today Wavecrest emailed me to say that they've reached my log number and asked me to submit
documents if I'm still interested in being considered for the development. My log number is in the 3,XXX
range and I have no preferences. Chelseasminesnow mentioned that when they contacted her they said only 100% AMI units are left and that makes sense for me because I fall into that AMI. So good luck to anyone else in the 100 ami that's still waiting to hear back, seems they are moving through the general population group now.
