They are the worst they are the reasons why I don’t have apt yet. I’m so upset every time I get called for a apt it’s from them and NEVER get it or it’s a 4 months wait. They are pathetic I seriously Have complained to the city about them
I dealt only with Breaking Ground & it was a very pleasant experience!! The marketing agent who took care of my case was very knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, & proactive. The process of my housing lottery winning from the beginning to the end was very smooth, we were only communicating through HC portal, emails, & DocuSign, I didn't even have to go get my paperwork notarized because my marketing agent was also a notary so she did everything on my behalf! All I did was sit back, relax, & sign the documents. The only things that I needed to do in person was unit viewings & lease signing which was directly with the building management. Overall, my experience in winning my housing lottery was great & if I could rate my marketing agent, it must've been 5 stars or 10/10!!!
Here we are 2022 and reside have my entire life on paper,as well as online. Im new to the housing connect, and its been about 4 weeks now. When I contact the office, reception say my papers are still being process, and I should hear something by June. I was contacted the last day of March, all documents submitted by first week of April. They did ask for 1 or 2 other documents and the process began really in the middle of April. If it is for me I will get it. If not I always believe better is ahead. The wait game is not quick for everyone. Good luck to everyone who is waiting
